Unless this web site asks for specific personal information in order to respond to requests for information or to register uses for particular services, only the following information is collected when you use this site is: your server address; the date and time of your visit to the site; the pages you accessed and the documents downloaded;  the previous site you visited; and the type of browser you are using. This information is collected for statistical purposes and to enable us to improve the navigation functions of our web site.

 

The information we gather

When a customer contacts Crescent Capital to obtain a home loan, we gather information concerning that customer for the purpose of making a loan application to one or more lending institutions with which we have contracts.  We gather information; from the customer, from the institutions where the customer has asset accounts, from the customer's employer and from credit reporting agencies.  We also gather information concerning the customer's home from title companies and from independent home appraisers.

 

How we use the information we gather

Customers contact Crescent Capital for assistance in obtaining home loans.  Crescent Capital shares the information we gather on our customers only with the lending institutions we have contacts with and solely for the purpose of obtaining loans for our customers.

Your personal information will only be collected by staff of Crescent Capital who have a responsibility for responding to such requests or administrating such registrations.

Customer files

You can request access to the personal information (if any) that we keep on record. If you believe any information that we keep on record is incorrect or out of date you may request that it be corrected. We keep customer's records on file for three years.  After three years we protect our customers privacy by destroying their records.
